Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the achievement and learning activeness of class IV B students in one of Malang City's public elementary schools through the application of the project based learning (PjBL) model assisted by quizizz paper mode. This research was conducted in the form of Class Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this research were 25 students. The research design used is the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model where the first research model will be a reference for other action research models. The data collection techniques used are tests and observations. The instruments used are multiple choice test questions and learning activity observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. Based on the research results, it was concluded that there was a significant increase in students' achievement and learning activeness in the science and science subject class IV B. This was marked by an increase in the average percentage of achievement from 75.8% in cycle I to 84.44% in cycle II. and the average learning activity from 76.2% in cycle I to 85.12% in cycle II. Thus, it is proven that the project based learning model assisted by Quizzizz paper mode can improve students' achievement and active learning.
