Abstract

Abstract: Understanding science concepts is often a challenge in learning at the elementary school level. This study aims to investigate how well students' learning outcomes on the subject of plant parts in Grade IV at SDN Mergosono 2 can be improved by using the discovery learning paradigm with the help of Wordwall. This study proposes a method that combines digital learning technology with discovery learning to overcome the challenges in understanding complex science ideas. The data analysis used is a quantitative analysis technique. Two cycles of classroom action research (CAR) are the methodologies used. The findings of this study show a significant increase in student learning outcomes, with an increase in the proportion of students who scored at least 70 in each cycle. This study confirms that the integration of Discovery Learning and Wordwall can be an effective strategy in teaching science in elementary schools. The implications of this study include the potential application of this method in other learning contexts to improve the quality of elementary education.
