Penerapan Strategi KWL (Know, Want To Know, Learned) Dalam Meningkatkan Tingkat Baca Teks Persuasif Peserta Didik Kelas 3 Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Di SD Negeri Polowijen 1 Kota Malang Menggunakan Media Ai Gamma.App Tahun Pelajaran 2024-2025
Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to enhance the persuasive text reading skills of third-grade students at SD Negeri Polowijen 1 Kota Malang by applying the KWL (Know, Want to Know, Learned) strategy integrated with AI Gamma.App media. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted over two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. The subjects of this research were 25 third-grade students. Data were collected through reading tests, observations, and interviews. The results of the study show a significant improvement in the students' ability to read persuasive texts following the implementation of the KWL strategy and the use of AI Gamma.App media. In the first cycle, the percentage of students achieving the learning objectives reached 70%, which increased to 85% in the second cycle. The implementation of the KWL strategy supported by AI Gamma.App media proved effective in improving students' reading skills and their understanding of persuasive texts.
