MODEL PEMBELAJARAN Think-Pair-Share UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA
Abstract
This research is motivated by the learning outcomes of students in mathematics class IV
UPT SD Negeri Bendo 01 which are still low. Because in the lesson it is only teacher-centered so that
students do not participate actively and the learning atmosphere is not pleasant, students look lazy in
taking lessons. This study aims to describe the effect of using the think pair share learning model on
student learning outcomes in grade IV elementary school mathematics. This type of research is
collaborative PTK which consists of 3 cycles with 24 students as respondents. The pre-cycle research
results show that the classical learning outcomes are 42% with 10 students completing. Cycle I showed
63% classical learning outcomes with 15 students completing. While the second cycle showed 83%
learning outcomes with 20 students completing. This states that there is a significant increase in each
cycle so that it can be concluded that the application of the think pair share learning model in learning
mathematics can improve student learning outcomes.
