Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik
Abstract
Based on interviews and observations conducted at SDN Tanjugrejo 1, it was found that the
students' daily test scores were categorized as low, and their level of learning achievement was also
poor. The purpose of this research is to enhance the learning outcomes of 5th grade students in the
Science, specifically on the Water Cycle, by implementing the problem-based learning model. This study
adopts a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach and is divided into two cycles, each consisting of
planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through post-learning
evaluation tests. The improvement in learning outcomes was determined by comparing the average test
scores and the level of learning achievement before and after the implementation There is an
improvement in the learning outcomes of the 5th grade students. The average pre-intervention test
score was 61.03, which increased to 71.72 in the first cycle and 81.03 in the second cycle. The percentage
of students achieving the learning target increased from 52% before the research to 69% in the first
cycle and 89% in the second cycle. There is, several recommendations from this activity: These include
maintaining good classroom management, effectively guiding the investigations, and selecting
engaging problem scenarios for the activities.
