Abstract

The aim of this study is to improve students' learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject, specifically on the topic of challenges in implementing the Nusantara Insight and the behaviors that support it. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. In the first cycle, a conventional lecture method was used, whereas in the second cycle, a student-centered cooperative learning model, Team Games Tournament (TGT) based on Ranking One Civic Education (ROCE), was applied. Data collection techniques included observation, tests (pre-test and post-test), and documentation. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes, with the average pre test score increasing from 52.73 to 72.61 in the post-test of the first cycle, and further rising to 90.33 in the post-test of the second cycle. The number of students achieving mastery (score ≥80) increased from 0 in the pre-test to 9 in the first cycle, and all students (33 individuals) achieved mastery in the second cycle. These findings indicate that the implementation of the TGT model based on ROCE is effective in enhancing students' participation, motivation, and learning outcomes in Pancasila Education.
