Abstract
Abstract: This study investigates the effectiveness of implementing Project Based Learning (PjBL) in enhancing poetry writing skills among eighth-grade students at SMPN 17 Malang. The research employed a Classroom Action Research approach involving two cycles of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Results indicate a significant improvement in students' poetry writing abilities, with a 21.2% increase in classical mastery percentage from the first to the second cycle. These findings confirm the efficacy of PjBL in developing creative writing skills and enhancing literacy culture in schools.
