Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of economic subject through cooperative learning Think Pair Share method in the fourth grade students of SDN Tanjungrejo 2 Malang. This research used a classroom action research method with two cycles. Instrument of data collection used observation sheets and test. Data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that learning by applying the cooperative learning Think Pair Share method had a positive impact in improving students’ learning outcomes in the fourth grade students at SDN Tanjungrejo 2 Malang, in which there was found an increase in the students’ standard score in each cycle i.e. cycle I (32%), cycle II (61%), and cycle III (89%).
