Abstract: The Aims of this classroom research based on the results of observations that found data that students' collaboration skills were still lacking and needed to be improved. This was apparent when the researcher made observations during the pre-cycle, specifically in science and science learning, where during group work many students were less actively involved in the work and work process. with students is not achieved well. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations and questionnaires while learning activities were in progress, using collaborative observation rubrics and collaborative questionnaire rubrics. Using the NHT model, the results obtained from 27 students were 7 students (25%) who had increased collaboration skills in the sufficient and moderate categories. 20 students (75%) had increased collaboration skills in the very high category.
