Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the effect of using the Musi board learning media on improving student learning outcomes on KPK and FPB material. This research involved 28 class V students at SDN Ciptomulyo 2, Malang City. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). The instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. Data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods, with data collection techniques in the form of tests, documentation and observation. At the pre-cycle stage, students tend to show a passive attitude and lack motivation in learning and view mathematics as a difficult and boring subject. The research results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, with the percentage of completion reaching 46% in Cycle I and increasing to 78% in Cycle II. In conclusion, the use of Musi board media has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes in KPK and FPB material in class V at SDN Ciptomulyo 2, Malang City.
