Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject about recognizing feelings supported by the wheel of feelings learning media in class 2 of SDN Ciptomulyo 1 Malang. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which involves 21 grade 2 students at SDN Ciptomulyo 1 Malang as subjects. This research adopts the Kemmis and Mc Teggart model which consists of 2 cycles with each cycle having 4 stages, including planning (plan), implementation (act), observation (observ), and reflection (reflect). This research data was collected through interviews, learning achievement tests, and field notes. The background to this research is the lack of interest of students in studying Indonesian language material, especially about getting to know feelings because they are too unfamiliar or students are just guessing, which has an impact on students' learning outcomes. The findings of this research indicate that students' learning achievement increased from an average of 58.09 in cycle 1 and to 84.28 in cycle 2. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning process supported by the feeling wheel learning media in the material about recognizing diagrams can improve learning outcomes of class 2 students at SDN Ciptomulyo Malang.
