Upaya Meningkatkan Kerjasama Antar Siswa Dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Learning Together Untuk Siswa Kelas V Di SDN Mergosono 5 Kota Malang
Abstract
Abstract: This research aims to enhance cooperation among fifth-grade students at SDN Mergosono 5 in Malang City through the implementation of the Learning Together approach. The method in this study is classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, including the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Questionnaires and observation methods were used to collect data, which was then examined qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Learning Together approach significantly enhances cooperation among students. Students become more actively involved in groups, helping each other, and showing mutual respect. In addition, there was an improvement in student learning outcomes after this approach was implemented. In conclusion, Learning Together is effective in enhancing collaboration and student learning outcomes, and it is recommended for broader implementation in elementary schools.
