SETS (Science, Enviroment, Technology, And Society) : Sikap Ilmiah Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the SETS approach to improving the scientific attitude of grade IV elementary school students in 2018/2019 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative approach of the Non-equivalent control group design. Data collection techniques through observation. Data analysis using SPSS 25.0 of Windows. The results showed a SETSefective approach in improving the scientific attitude of fourth grade students. Judging from the post value has an average of 84.83 and the pre value has an average of 71.96, and the results of the t-test showed a significant value of 0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05). The gain score test results in the control class the value (g) of 0.1 and the value (g) in the experimental class of 0.4 in the gain score test criteria if the value of g is 0.3 ≤ g ≤ 0.7 then it is active, this is contained improvement of scientific attitude in experimental class students by using the SETS approach. Based on the results of the study concluded that there is effective in improving scientific attitudes of students in class IV elementary school that uses the SETS approach in the subjects IPAT Academic Year 2018/2019.
