Pengaruh Kompetensi Literasi Digital Guru Terhadap Keefektifan Sekolah Dasar Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Kota Malang
Abstrak
Digital literacy competence has a close relationship with the implementation of online learning in schools so that the learning strategy which is usually by carrying out a face-to-face learning process becomes a non-face-to-face learning process (online). Every teacher really needs to have the ability to be able to access, analyze, create, reflect, and act using a variety of digital devices, as a form of expression and strategy in communicating with students. Therefore, a strategy is needed in tracing various sources of information so that the information obtained is valid and accountable information. Poor. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant positive effect between teacher digital literacy competencies on the effectiveness of State Elementary Schools during the COVID-19 pandemic in Klojen and Sukun Districts, Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational types. The results of the hypothesis test show that the value of the coefficient of determination or R square is 0.118 or equal to 11.8% which means that the teacher's digital literacy competence variable (X) affects the school effectiveness variable (Y) by 11.8%. While the remaining 100% -11.8% = 88.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this regression.
