Pengaruh Kemampuan Inovasi Guru Terhadap Keefektifan Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Kedungkandang Kota Malang

Abstrak

This research aims to find out the significant influence between the ability of innovation to the effectiveness of schools in Public Elementary Schools in Kedungkandang District of Malang City. This research was conducted at The Kedungkandang District Elementary School of Malang City, The population in this study is a Public Elementary School teacher who has become a civil servant in Kedungkandang District of Malang City In the 2020/2021 school year which amounted to 51 teachers. The technique used in determining samples is a random sampling technique using the formula Slovin, with the number of samples being as many as 45 civil servant teachers. The type of research that quantitative research uses with correlational types. The data collection technique used in this study is in the form of a questionnaire about concern for innovation and effectiveness of schools. The results of the study obtained that showed that the results of the hypothesis test using the t test were significance values of 0.002< 0.05 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted meaning that the ability of teacher innovation positively and significantly affect the effectiveness of schools at Public Elementary School in Kedungkandang Subdistrict in Malang City. It is expected that teachers will always improve their innovation skills by adding information through the activities of available sources and developing good working relationships between groups in using innovation.
