Analisis Keterampilan Guru Dalam Mengadakan Variasi Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Masehi Wee Pangali Sumba Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021
Abstrak
The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the teacher's skills in conducting variations of thematic learning in class 5A SD Masehi Wee Pangali conducted by the teacher and to determine student responses to variations in class 5B teacher learning. The type of data in this research is descriptive research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. The instruments used are in the form of a teacher's skill observation guide, a student activity observation guide and an interview guide with teachers. The results of this study are overall from the two classes in mastering the skills of conducting thematic learning variations, they get a good category. Get the highest score from the two classes, class 5A 83% with good criteria, while for class 5B 81.23% with good criteria. In addition, the teacher's skills in carrying out variations in learning have an effect on student responses which show students are active, enthusiastic, concentrated, and interested in participating in thematic learning in class.
