Abstract

Science learning requires various approaches, one of which is by using learning models. One learning model that can be used is the mnemonic model. This research uses a quantitative approach to quasi experimental research. The design used is quasi-experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all grade IV students at SDN Pandansari 02 Poncokusumo Malang Regency. The sample of this study was students in class IV A and students in class IV B. The instrument used in this study was a test with an instrument test, namely the validity test, reliability test, test item difficulty level, and different item power test. As for the data analysis test that is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis testing using the t test that has been seen from the results of data analysis showed the significance value obtained 0,000 <0.05 thus the hypothesis was accepted.
