Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas V Di SDN Kanigoro Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Pasuruan
Abstract
This research aims to look at the effect of teacher creativity on students’ creative thinking abilities in social studies subjects for fifth grade students.This research uses quantitative methods, this type of researchPre-Experimental Design research design using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.The population in this study is the fifth grade students, amounting to 35 students. Data collection methods include using pretest-posttest, questionnaire, and documentation. The instruments used were pre-test and post-test questions which consisted of 10 multiple choice questions. Data analysis using the T test (Sample Independent Test) with SPSS 16.0 For Windows. The results showed that there was an effect of teacher creativity on students' creative abilities in social studies subjects for fifth grade students of SDN Kanigoro, Rembang district, Pasuruan regency. T-test results (independent sample test) post-test values obtained from the t-test of 2.263 and the level of sig (2-tailed) 0.022 and the questionnaire results obtained from the t-test of 4.391 and Sig (2-tailed) of 0, 002. So it can be concluded that Teacher Creativity has an influence on Students' Creative Thinking Ability in Social Studies Subjects due to the post-test scores ((sig (2 tailed) <α (0.022 <0.05)) and questionnaire values ((sig (2 tailed) <α (0.002 <0.05)) so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.The suggestion in this study is that the teacher is expected to be able to develop his creativity in teaching so that students are able to hone the ability to think creatively within themselves.
