Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology require students to be able to have digital literacy. This ability has an important role in the implementation of online learning carried out in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analize the digital literacy of elementary school students in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and its obstacles. This research method is descriptive qualitative and carried out at SDN Kebonsari 1 and SDN Tangkilsari 1. The research subjects were selected using snowball sampling technique. Data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and the process of drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using the degree of trust, certainty, dependence and certainty. The results showed that most of the students were able to search, evaluate, manage, interact, share, create and edit content in various formats. However, these abilities still need to be trained and re-optimized. Meanwhile, the ability to modify and integrate information to create original, new and relevant content and knowledge shows that students still do not have the ability on these indicators. So that there needs to be training so that students are able to have these abilities.
