Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Miniatur Traffic Light Untuk Mata Pelajaran PKn Kelas V SD

Abstract

The civics learning process in class V only uses worksheets and textbooks. Most students have difficulty understanding the material of traffic signs and their application due to the aplication of elementary school and student residences in rural areas. This study uses a research and development method known as researsch R & D ( Research and Development ). In this development research, this researcher adapts the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages which include analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Implementation is carried out on class V students. Data collection technique in this study used descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the media was feasible to use. According to the assesment of media expert 83,3 %, material expert 87,5 %. The media is also practically used as an independent study material for elementary school students in V grade. Based on the results of the students’s response increasing after using the media . According to the results of the student response questionnaire is 38,44444, and the post-test result is 80,27778. It is hoped that further researchers can develop traffic light learning media with material by other character values.
