Abstract

Abstract: Development is a process to improve the quality of a concept to distribute information in the teaching and learning process effectively and efficiently. Picture Book Knowledge (PBB) A book that presents pictorial illustrations combined with text simultaneously to clarify the understanding of students. The charm of "Picture Book Knowledge" (PBK) is highlighted so that students can learn "Picture Book Knowledge" (PBK) with a pleasant feeling without feeling bored and the language contained in "Picture Book Knowledge" (PBK) is easy to understand, so that students are expected to become better understand the material and learning. This research is included in the type of development research. The model in this study uses the Dick and Carry Development model. With this Dick and Carry model, there are five stages, namely: Analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Development (Implementation), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). However, at the implementation stage the researcher did not implement the teaching material product "Picture Book Knowledge" (PBK) extensively. This "Picture Book Knowledge" (PBB) resulted in several categories: Very Feasible with each acquisition of a percentage of 93% Media Experts, Material Expert 90%. Based on these results, the "Picture Book Knowledge" (PBB) of Animal Breeding can be used because it has met the Eligible category. Therefore, this "Picture Book Knowledge" (PBK) should be used by teachers during the learning process in the classroom so that the learning process runs smoothly without problems.
