Abstract

The learning process of class V of Pagerwojo 01 public elementary school, Kesamben District, Blitar Regency has not been maximized. Innovation of new teaching materials is needed to arouse students' interest in learning mathematics. This study aims to determine the module development, feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of MOTIKA (mathematical modules) based on pop-ups for fifth grade students of Pagerwojo 01 public elementary school, Kesamben District, Blitar Regency. This type of development research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The research was conducted through five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The pop-up MOTIKA (Mathematics Module) product was declared valid based on the results of the media expert validation reaching 94.6% indicating that the module was declared feasible, the material validation reaching 68.4% showed that the material was declared quite decent, and the language validation reached 83.5 % indicates that the product is declared eligible. The percentage of practicality of the MOTIKA (mathematics module) based on pop-up was stated to reach 91.5% indicating that the practical product was used by the teacher and grade V students. the average student score reached 80.4 indicating that the average value of students meets the minimum completeness criteria. The results of research and development show that MOTIKA (mathematics module) based on pop-ups can be categorized as feasible, practical, and effective for use in the learning process
