Analisis Profesionalisme dan Kinerja Guru Di SDN Sumberrejo 5

Abstract

Observing current education regarding the condition of education, it can be said that the macro is still valid to meet the conditions of the surrounding community. Seeing conditions like this adds to the pessimistic attitude of society towards schools because of the assumption that schools are no longer able to create vertical mobility for their students. The research method used was qualitative, namely: Primary Data (Directly), and Secondary Data (Indirectly). The target subjects were 6 teachers at SDN Sumberrejo 5 and 1 school principal. The results of this study are that teachers at SDN Sumberrejo 5 have a fairly good ability in developing professionalism in a sustainable manner by reflecting or reviewing what was taught to their students. Based on the research, teachers at SDN Sumberrejo 5 in the evaluation stage of teacher learning have made details in the form, RPP, Syllabus, Prota, Promes. Thus it shows that teachers at SDN Sumberrejo 5 have sufficiently good abilities in developing professionalism and performance.
